This idea shamelessly lifted from indrani_prime. Here are snippets from songs on my somewhat eclectic playlist. You get to guess the song and artist (where relevant, the name of a covering artist is also acceptable). Googling for relevant information is bad form, but I may give hints upon request.

Four is 'Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth with Money in My Hand', by Primitive Radio Gods. Twelve is 'Six Underground', by the Sneaker Pimps, off Becoming X. And I think the line may very well start "I fake my life" instead of "I live my life", but it's not clear enough to be sure.
