ever onward
Feb. 21st, 2005 11:54 pmI will be brief, as time is short.
Saturday was a total wash. The early part of the day was reasonable, but I degenerated into my old habits of playing WoW aimlessly rather than with burning purpose, forgetting to eat, showering late in the day, etc etc. It felt...bad. Perhaps I will have some structure for my Saturdays as well.
Sunday was good. Cleaning, grocery shopping, reading ahead for class, and an evening raid on UBRS that only went 20 mins over my time bound. Fortunately, [Codex: Prayer of Fortitude II] dropped. Unfortunately, the other priest in the party slapped me in the face with a 98 and won it. I cry. But at least it was to a priest in a guild we're friendly with, rather than some random mook in a pickup raid I'll never see again. In fact, with any luck, on future raids with that guild I'll never have to cast Fortitude again. ^_^
Today was more productive than many past days; I am finally beginning to navigate the raging sea of notation involved in my research. And this evening, expressing some boredom with 60-dom (Brandon and I) and powerleveling (Paul and Nick), the four of us started a new party on a different server. Warrior, Priest, Mage, Warlock, all undead. I am a level 5 female undead warlock....named Licorice. :)
And now the sleep.
