I'm currently warming up my bed with a blue rope light I got for Christmas. It's very pretty, and doubles as a space heater. What more could you want?

sleepsong is in some pain again. Sometimes we have this awful negative feedback loop, where I get depressed because she's hurting, and then she feels guilty for making me depressed, and then I feel guilty for making her feel guilty, etc. Oy. We had to dodge that a few times tonight.

Fortunately, though, I've stumbled across a wonderful concept described as .. well .. everything. You have to experience it to understand. Try starting with 'fsck', or better yet, 'Quit bitching about the paper clip! It's not that hard to turn it off'. I know teki at least will appreciate that one. That is, if he ever friends me so he can read this.
