Yeah, so I went to Stehlik's office and introduced myself as a loser. I'm going to get another slot, but the sheet is full for this week. Fuck fuck fuck.
Apparently Stehlik is the guy to talk to about issues applying to or getting into grad school. Fuck fuck fuck.

Did not in fact fail the quiz, by virtue of the fact that it was 40 minutes long this time. My performance was apparently pretty reasonable. Notsofuck notsofuck notsofuck.

I would advise against "never sleeping again" since I'm guessing this was probably caused by not going to bed too late or some sort of sleep deficit or something.

It happens. gdozzi managed to sleep till noon, when he teaches 211 recitation at 10:30 a few weeks ago.

(Happily so far I've avoided something this bad, but I have slept through office hours before :( )
